  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item is not marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@intozqv.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Package Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Ship Back: Send the item to our return address with the RMA number clearly marked
  4. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days of receipt
  5. Refund: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, shipping damage), we will cover return shipping costs
  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
